And so...

"Dear John" was a bust. After all that anticipation, all I walked out with was disappointment. There's a weird creepy twist at the end that made me pretty upset. After that dear John, I quit you.

In other news, today is Olympic day 8. I haven't been able to watch much but I hear things are going swimmingly. You should check out http://www.nbcolympics.com/ if you're falling behind like I am. This morning I learned that Evan Lysacek won men's figure skating gold. Apparently that is the first time since 1988, when Brian Boitano won, that an American has won. So, go him. I did, however, get to watch Shaun White the night previous. Ohemgee. That is one ginger-man I would gladly befriend/runawaytoadesertedislandwith. Like, tomorrow. I love my boyfriend but, oooohhhhweeeee.

I just took a break from blogging to see if I could watch a video of Tiger Woods' press conference. Not long after I started listening to some feedback I realized that I didn't want to watch. Tiger, I quit you too.

Now that Fashion Week is over, I should probably acknowledge it. However, there are others who would serve you better. For starters, Tavi Gevinson. Check out her blog at http://tavi-thenewgirlintown.blogspot.com/

  1. Bummer. I was wondering about that movie. I was kinda intrigued, but at the same time, it seemed very "the notebook goes to Iraq". Sigh.

However, Amanda Seyfried is adorable. I really like her.
